Job description
To provide strong and effective leadership across the service. Lead a team of practitioners and specialist staff to deliver good quality services that secure good outcomes for children and young people, victims, and other key stakeholders. To provide leadership on the design, implementation, monitoring and review of a comprehensive performance management and quality improvement process within the Youth Offending Service (YOS) that supports improved outcomes for young people by preventing offending and reducing re-offending.
